Covid Strikes Again
I can't remember if this is the 3rd or 4th time it's struck me down but it certainly ranks at the Top as far as kicking my butt. Sunday Sophie and I flew home from Boston and we were crammed on a full flight separated by the dreaded C boarding pass. I'm guessing the coughing gal next to me for 3 hours was the culprit but we'll never know. Monday I woke up, worked out and had a normal afternoon. By dinner time my body was starting to feel a little sore/achey so I used Sophie's compression machine and went to bed early. Tuesday I woke feeling achey and had a little runny nose. I had a lunch meeting followed by a massage. That evening, the aches were worse and the runny nose wouldn't stop. Sure enough, I tested positive for Covid. Wednesday my body felt just as bad as it previously had with what I would describe as restless leg syndrome...no position was comfortable and the aches and soreness were everywhere but mostly in my legs. No cough, no congestion...just...
